We cannot promise you will make it in time
An alert means one thing: at that minute, booking was possible. How long the slot lasts is up to neither us nor you. Sometimes it is taken before you unlock your phone. That is not a fault in the service — it is a property of the queue.
We do not reserve or sell slots
The service does not take slots to hold in reserve, does not create bookings in anyone else's name, and resells nothing that the state gives away for free. If it did, every slot we took would be a slot someone else in the queue did not get. The line is simple: we hand out information, we do not take a place.
We have no influence over the public service
We do not make slots appear sooner, do not increase how many there are, and have no influence whatsoever over how DP Dokument operates, its rules, its hours or its decisions. If a centre changes its booking procedure, our service finds out when you do.
The service could disappear
If the e-queue page is ever put behind a login, the monitor goes blind — there will be nothing to read. That scenario is unlikely but possible, and you should know about it before you rely on the alerts.
Why it is still worth your time
Because the alternative is refreshing a page by hand, including at night. The monitor does that for you, and does not get tired at three in the morning. It does not promise a passport. It promises you will hear about the chance.
