DP Dokument e-queue slots — Warsaw
The monitor checks the Warsaw e-queue page around the clock and sends a Telegram message as soon as the booking form appears on it. You do the booking yourself, on the official site.

- Blue City is on the south side of Aleje Jerozolimskie in the Ochota district. Buses stop on Aleje Jerozolimskie itself: 127, 158, 178, 187, 191, 517, 717, 817, plus night services N35 and N85. Two more, 172 and 159, stop on ul. Opaczewska. The WKD commuter railway calls at Reduta, about 900 m on foot. No tram serves the centre — do not look for one. Roadworks are under way nearby, so check your route in an app before setting off.
What the service does for Warsaw
We do not reserve a slot and we do not book you in. The monitor reads the same public page you would open and records the moment the booking form becomes available. Then — and only then — a message goes out.
Before sending, the page is read once more, so you are not woken for a slot that has already closed.
Booking rules as of 2026-08-23
Since 17 August 2026, document submission at every Polish DP Dokument centre happens by prior electronic appointment only. There is no walk-in queue for submissions.
Bookings are confirmed by identity verification through Diia.Signature or the NBU BankID, introduced on 1 June 2026. Collecting finished documents and apostille services reportedly do not require an appointment.

When do slots appear?
There is no schedule — slots appear at arbitrary times, including at night and at weekends. That is what makes watching by hand exhausting: in one day of watching our monitor recorded 1 opening here — at 09:43.
Can I come without an appointment?
Not to submit documents — that changed on 17 August 2026. Collecting finished documents and apostille services reportedly work without an appointment, but check the centre's official site before travelling.
