What data the service processes, why, for how long, and what you can do about it. Drafted to meet Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible
The controller within the meaning of art. 4(7) GDPR is the service operator (details to be published).

2. What data is processed
The service is deliberately built to know as little about you as possible. We do not ask for your surname, passport details, phone number, address, case number or any documents — and have no technical means of obtaining them.
- Telegram chat identifier
- The numeric identifier Telegram assigns to the conversation. Without it there is nowhere to send a message.
- The name or username Telegram supplies
- Arrives automatically with your message. Used only to address you in the chat.
- Selected cities and alert settings
- What you ticked in the service yourself.
- Subscription time and last interaction
- Needed so that people who unsubscribed are not messaged.
- Technical logs
- Records of the program's operation: event time, error code, city. Needed to diagnose failures.
3. Legal bases and purposes
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a service you requested.

/start. - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests. Keeping the service working and secure and preventing abuse. The data used for this purpose is minimal.
The service does not use your data for advertising and does not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.
4. Automated decisions and profiling
There is no automated decision-making producing legal effects and no profiling within the meaning of art. 22 GDPR. Alerts are sent automatically, but they do not evaluate you and make no decisions about you.
5. Recipients
- Telegram — the delivery channel. Data exchanged with Telegram is governed by its own privacy policy.
- The site's hosting provider — processes technical access logs (IP address, request time, browser type) for its own infrastructure purposes.
There are no other recipients. Subscriber data is not shared with public institutions, ad networks or analytics services.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
The service's infrastructure is located in the operator's country. Telegram, as a recipient, may process data outside the EEA. The data transferred is limited to the chat identifier and the text of the message.
7. Retention
- Subscription data is kept while you use the service. After
/stopalerts end immediately and the record is deleted within 30 days. - Technical logs are kept for no longer than 90 days and are then overwritten.
8. Your rights
Under arts. 15–22 GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy (art. 15);
- have inaccurate data corrected (art. 16);
- have your data erased (art. 17);
- restrict processing (art. 18);
- receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (art. 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (art. 21);
- withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing (art. 7(3)).

9. Complaint to a supervisory authority
If you believe the processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the one where you live. For people in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office:

10. Whether you must provide data
Providing a chat identifier is technically necessary: without it no message can be delivered. No other data is required.
11. Security
Data is stored on a server with restricted access. Access tokens and other secrets are kept apart from the code and never reach the logs: logging filters them out before writing.
12. Children
The service is not intended for people under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data.
13. Changes
The current version is always published on this page with its update date. Subscribers will be told about material changes in the service.
