You are charged in Telegram Stars — the count is under each price. The euro figure is there to make the price legible: what it actually costs in euro depends on where you buy your stars. No card, no auto-renewal.
The legal position
The service automatically watches for slots becoming available and sends the user a notification containing a link to the public booking page.
The service does not book or reserve slots and does not guarantee a successful booking. Because the booking page and the link are publicly accessible, a slot may be taken by another person before the user follows the link.
Payment is for use of the monitoring service and receipt of notifications, not for a guaranteed booking outcome. The public service of processing documents remains free to the applicant to the extent the state determines; our charge does not touch it and has no effect on the queue.
Questions about paying
How many alerts do I get?
As many as there are openings. There is no cap. On 23 August there were nine.
What happens when the period ends?
The alerts simply stop. There is no auto-renewal and nothing is taken from a card.
Can I renew early?
Yes, and the days you have left are not lost — the new period is added to the current one.
Can I pause?
Yes, with /pause. The days keep running though — a pause stops the messages, not the clock.
Are you charging for a government service?
No. Booking a queue slot and processing documents are the state's, and we have no influence over either. You are paying for someone to watch the page instead of you.
