What the service does for Wrocław
We do not reserve a slot and we do not book you in. The monitor reads the same public page you would open and records the moment the booking form becomes available. Then — and only then — a message goes out.
Before sending, the page is read once more, so you are not woken for a slot that has already closed.
Wrocław has three similarly named stops: “Pl. Grunwaldzki”, “Most Grunwaldzki” and “Grunwaldzka”. You want the first one — mixing them up is the classic visitor's mistake.
Booking rules as of 2026-08-23
Since 17 August 2026, document submission at every Polish DP Dokument centre happens by prior electronic appointment only. There is no walk-in queue for submissions.
Bookings are confirmed by identity verification through Diia.Signature or the NBU BankID, introduced on 1 June 2026. Collecting finished documents and apostille services reportedly do not require an appointment.
