We message you the moment a slot opens

Since 17 August, DP Dokument takes bookings through the e-queue alone. The service watches it day and night and writes to you on Telegram the same minute.

You are watching: Warsaw, Kraków. yesterday
Booking is open — Warsaw
The booking form is live. Just re-checked. Go to the official site 09:43
Since 17 August 2026 all four Polish centres accept documents by electronic appointment only. What this means

Why you have not seen a single slot in a month

The answer is not that you were unlucky. It is arithmetic, and you can check it yourself.

0.2%
of the day the form exists
A slot lives two to five minutes — roughly three minutes out of 1440. The rest of the time the page says every place is taken.
≈5%
chance of catching one in a day
If you open the page twenty times. That averages out at about three weeks of waiting.
24/7
and the night is what decides it
About 50 checks per city a day, roughly one every 28 minutes. No faster: the rate limit on the DP Dokument site is shared across all four cities. But at night, when openings last longest, we are the only one looking.

You did nothing wrong. You were simply looking outside those three minutes — and you could not have looked inside them, because that would mean not sleeping and not working. We do not catch every daytime opening and we do not claim to: the site will not let us check any faster. But we are there at night, and the longest opening we measured — 56 minutes — started at 01:37.

Openings follow no schedule — that is why the service does not sleep.

There is no schedule

When a pattern cannot be seen, one gets invented. Here are the common theories, against what the monitor recorded.

“Slots are released on Wednesdays at noon”

The openings above happened at 03:37, 04:05, 07:21, 09:43 and 12:01 — in four different cities, within one day. There is no schedule in those numbers.

“You have to catch them at midnight”

The hour affects not when a slot appears but how long it survives. Night ones last longer because fewer people compete for them.

“There simply are no places”

There are. In a single day there were nine across four cities. You did not see them because each lasted minutes.

Our own experience, not a customer review

I needed Warsaw specifically. I switched the alerts on and waited one day. The alert arrived — I booked in five minutes. Before that I had been refreshing by hand and had not seen a single slot.
That is one case, not a promise. How long you wait depends on the city and on how many slots open in those days. We do not know that in advance. What we do know: a slot that opens is a slot you will see.

Three steps

Telegram is enough.

  1. Open the service

    One button. No registration.

  2. Pick your cities

All four if you like. Change them any time.

  3. Get on with your day

Your phone will sound when booking opens.

Four cities, four real addresses

Address, hours, how to get there and the rules in force — from official sources.

Why this can be trusted

Evidence, not a guess

An alert goes out only when the booking form itself is on the page.

Re-checked before sending

Found an opening, we read the page again. A false alarm at three in the morning does damage too.

We reserve nothing

We take no slots and sell no tickets. Information only.

One button

No password, no form. You already have Telegram.

An alert is a chance, not a guarantee. A window lasts minutes. What we don't promise

Support is a person, not a form

Write in the same chat the alerts arrive in. A person answers, not an auto-reply.

Between 09:00 and 21:00 we usually answer within 15 minutes.
At night your message keeps — it is read at 09:00.
No forms, no reference numbers, no queue to hold in.

The official bot is @Pasportdate_support_bot. We never ask for passwords, SMS codes or card details.

Example conversation

Hello. I'm not getting alerts for Kraków. 22:14
Hi! I can see your subscription — Kraków is switched off in the service's settings. Turn it on with /cities and it will work. If it doesn't, write back and we'll sort it out. 22:16

Questions

What does it cost?

From 2,99 € for 5 alerts to 15,99 € for 60. Unlimited alerts, all four cities, no auto-renewal. See all plans

Do you book for me?

No. We tell you booking has opened. You book yourself on the official site, confirming your identity through Diia.Signature or the NBU BankID.

How long do I have?

Not long, and it differs every time. That is why the alert is sent immediately rather than batched into an hourly digest.

Are you connected to DP Dokument?

No. This is an independent private service. We are not a public authority and do not act on one's behalf.

What data of mine do you see?

Your Telegram chat identifier and the cities you picked. We never ask for passport details, a phone number or an email address.

How do I unsubscribe?

Send /stop. Alerts end immediately and your record is deleted.

The next window will open without warning

The service does not sleep. You hear about it when it does.

No sign-up. One tap.
