Disclaimer — what this service is and is not

1. Independence from public authorities

This service is an independent, privately operated information resource. It is not a public authority, state enterprise, agency or institution. It is not affiliated with the state enterprise “Dokument”, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the State Migration Service of Ukraine, Ukrainian consular posts, or any other public authority of Ukraine or of the Republic of Poland. It does not act on their instructions, has no contractual relationship with them, and does not represent them in any form.

2. No services are provided

The operator does not provide services relating to the preparation, production, submission, collection or legalisation of documents; does not make e-queue bookings; does not reserve, hold, transfer or dispose of queue slots or tickets; does not receive, store or process applicants' documents; does not represent users before any authority; and does not provide legal, advisory, intermediary, travel or immigration services.

3. The single function of the service

The sole function of the service is the automated notification of the user that a technical possibility to book has appeared on a publicly accessible e-queue page. The service transmits only the fact that such a possibility exists, together with a link to the official resource.

Every subsequent step — visiting the official site, verifying identity, completing the form, choosing a date and making the booking — is performed exclusively by the user, personally and independently, on the official resource of the relevant institution and under the rules it sets.

4. Information is provided for reference only

All information on this site and in the service's messages is informational and for reference only. It is not an official source, does not replace information published by public institutions, and is not a basis for legally significant decisions.

The operator does not warrant that a slot is available at the moment a message is received, does not warrant a successful booking, does not warrant the continuity, accuracy or completeness of the service, and is not responsible for the decisions of public institutions, changes to their rules, hours or addresses, or the technical unavailability of their resources.

5. No charge for a public service

Access to the e-queue and the processing of documents are public services. The operator charges nothing for that service, for access to it, or for priority within it, and has no ability to influence any of them.

Any charge the operator may make for the alert service is a charge for the information service alone — for automated watching and messaging. It is not a charge for the public service, has no effect on the queue, and confers no advantage within it.

6. Use of third-party names

“DP Dokument”, “Diia”, “Diia.Signature”, “BankID NBU”, “Telegram” and other names, trade marks and business names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. They are used nominatively and descriptively — to identify the services in question and explain how to use them — and are not intended to suggest affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or any other relationship with their owners.

This site links to third-party resources. The operator does not control their content, is not responsible for it, and does not warrant its accuracy or availability.

8. Scope

This disclaimer forms an integral part of the Terms of service and applies to every page of this site and to every message the service sends.
